What is the shelf life of Milford Valley Chicken Entrées?

All Milford Valley chicken entrées have a printed "Best if used by" date on the package. Please enjoy your chicken entrées on or before the printed date.

Do I cook the chicken entrées from frozen or thawed?

Always cook Milford Valley chicken entrées from frozen.

Do I flip the chicken entrées during cooking?

No. Simply place the entrées on a baking sheet with proper spacing.

Why can't I microwave a chicken entrée to prepare it?

Milford Valley chicken entrées are sold as raw chicken. Regular consumer ovens provide even cooking of the chicken to ensure food safety for you and your family. Microwaves provide inadequate temperatures of the finished product. To ensure that your entrée is cooked safe, please utilize a standard conventional oven.

Are chicken entrées gluten free?

No. Chicken entrées contain wheat in the breading, which is a source of gluten.
